Construction of 3 Solid Waste Transfer Stations in Apo, Kubwa, and Mpape
- Period of construction 12 Months starting February 2011
- Project Value: 2.9 Billion Naira

Project capacity is divided as follows:
- Apo Transfer Station with preliminary sorting; capacity 500 T/D of MSW
- Mpape Transfer Station with preliminary sorting; capacity 1000 T/D of MSW
- Kubwa Transfer Station with preliminary sorting; capacity 500 T/D of MSW
